At Redbeanz Medical, our “Peace-of-mind Three Treasures” Witnessing Service provides expert medical capacity assessment and formal physician witness-signing for three critical planning documents.
Under a supportive and compassionate clinical setting, our doctors assess and witness: Wills (securing testamentary capacity and voluntariness for asset management), Enduring Power of Attorney (EPoA / EPA, delegating financial and welfare proxy authority during potential future incapacity), and Advance Medical Directives (AMD, defining specific boundaries for life-sustaining treatments at the end of life) — to secure lasting peace of mind and protect family harmony.

Terms & Conditions
- 01 Witnessing fees represent medical capacity evaluation and document signing verification only, strictly excluding legal writing, drafting, document modification, or legal advice.
- 02 Sessions are by appointment only. The client must be present in person, providing valid identity verification and legal documents prepared in advance by solicitors or qualified legal entities.
- 03 The physician must clinically assess the client's cognitive function and capacity. For older clients or those with complex neurological histories, the doctor reserves the right to require a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA Test, charged separately at HKD $1,000). All services are subject to the clinic's "Patient Charter."
