Predictable & Transparent Pricing

A set monthly fee covers your regular consultations, essential medications, and crucial preventative lab tests — removing the friction and stress of traditional pay-per-visit healthcare.

Cost-Effective Medication Management

Stay on top of your condition without worrying about fluctuating pharmacy costs. The monthly fee fully covers your standard, prescribed maintenance medications.

Flexible & Consistent Care

Regular monitoring with bi-monthly check-ins, six times a year. The first visit is face-to-face to build a baseline; the remaining five are your choice of in-person clinic visits or video consultations.

Proactive Health Monitoring

Scheduled, routine lab testing tailored to your specific condition lets your doctor catch potential issues early and adjust your care plan accordingly.

Standard Inclusions Across All Plans

Terms & Conditions

Redbeanz Medical Subscription Plans

Welcome to the medical subscription services provided by Redbeanz Medical (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to our services.

1. Nature of Service and Doctor-Patient Relationship

  • The Company is committed to providing a high-quality medical subscription and health management platform. Operating as a healthcare service coordinator, the Company will arrange for qualified registered medical practitioners in Hong Kong to conduct consultations for you.
  • An independent "Doctor-Patient Relationship" is established directly between you and the attending doctor. The doctor will provide medical advice and prescriptions based entirely on their professional judgment, medical codes of conduct, and your clinical symptoms.
  • All subscription fees collected by this platform are solely for sustaining platform operations, logistics, and administrative management. The Company absolutely does not interfere with the professional medical decisions of the registered doctors.

2. Personal Data and Privacy Policy

  • The Company strictly complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong.
  • All personal data, medical records, and consultation details provided by you are kept strictly confidential and are accessible only by authorized healthcare professionals for clinical diagnosis and treatment purposes.
  • Unless explicitly consented to by you or required by law, the Company will never disclose your medical or personal data to any third party. You reserve the right to request access to or correction of your personal data at any time.

3. Exclusions and Additional Charges

  • The Plan covers only routine management. It does not cover consultations, medications, or diagnostic tests for acute illnesses (e.g., flu, infections), other chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes medication, asthma), or specialist referrals.
  • Any doctor consultations requested by the patient outside of the scheduled quarterly reviews will be treated as standard outpatient visits and charged at the clinic's prevailing retail rates.
  • If a scheduled quarterly consultation exceeds 15 minutes due to the discussion of non-hypertension-related medical issues, the clinic reserves the right to apply an additional consultation fee.

4. Payment, Cancellation, and Renewals

  • Fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis via credit card or designated autopay methods.
  • All monthly subscription fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
  • Patients may cancel their subscription by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice to the clinic. If cancellation occurs before the completion of a 12-month cycle, the patient will forfeit any pending annual blood tests not yet utilized.
  • The clinic reserves the right to adjust the monthly subscription fee with a 30-day prior notice to the patient.

5. Medication Delivery Arrangement

  • To ensure your treatment plan is not interrupted, this subscription plan includes a door-to-door medication delivery service.
  • Medications will be calculated and accurately delivered based on the calendar days of each respective month. For example, if a month has 31 days, the doctor's prescription and the delivered medication will cover exactly 31 days.
  • The dispatch process will be initiated at least 3 working days before your current medication supply is depleted. You must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and that an adult is present to sign for the delivery to ensure medication safety. Any request to change the delivery address must be submitted prior to the scheduled delivery date.

6. Teleconsultation and Digital Communication

  • The clinic's WhatsApp channel is strictly for submitting routine readings and administrative inquiries (e.g., appointment booking, medication collection). It is not a diagnostic tool or an emergency hotline.
  • Teleconsultations are conducted at the doctor's medical discretion. If the doctor determines that a physical examination is necessary during a teleconsultation, the patient must attend the clinic in person.

7. Medical Disclaimer and Emergency

  • The Plan is a chronic disease management service and does not constitute emergency medical care. In the event of severe symptoms (e.g., chest pain, shortness of breath, severe headache), the patient must immediately visit the nearest hospital Accident and Emergency Department or dial 999.
  • The clinic reserves the right to terminate the Plan unilaterally and immediately if the patient's condition deteriorates to a point where subscription-based care is no longer medically safe or appropriate, or if the patient consistently fails to comply with medical advice (e.g., refusing blood tests).

8. Information Updates and Communications

  • The latest news regarding this subscription plan, updates to the terms of service, fee adjustments, or clinic operational arrangements will be officially published and updated on the Redbeanz Medical official website.
  • It is your responsibility to regularly visit the official website to obtain the latest information. For significant service changes, we will also provide additional notification via your registered email or SMS.
